The EMS Institute of Stamford Hospital
The EMS Institute is a department of Stamford Hospital that provides emergency medical service (EMS) training to EMT's, nurses, physicians, paramedics and anyone in the public who is interested in learning life saving skills. We offer an Infant and Child CPR class twice a month, an adult CPR class every other month and an EMT-Basic course three times a year.
Additionally, we now also offer community automated external defibrillation (AED) training through credentialed programs.
The EMS Institute is a community training center (CTC) for the American Heart Association and teaches through Medic First Aid Company.
